Photo Post: Beautiful San Francisco and her city streets

I took so many photos in San Francisco, I wanted to do a blog post where I could just show them all to you! It’s a beautiful city full of some beautiful neighbourhoods, coastlines and bridges (there are two, don’t you know).

So here are a few of my favourite San Francisco tourist photos from our most recent trip in July.

This was the first view I got of San Francisco – as I drove over the Bay Bridge. Quite spectacular I think you’ll agree!

Just your average San Francisco city street. I loved the old-style houses, but also the bright colours. So pretty!

San Francisco’s other bridge – the less famous one! I actually preferred Bay Bridge, I loved capturing it on a wide-angle lens too!

Some more beautifully coloured houses, these were taken just off Alamo Park, where some of San Fran’s most famous houses can be found.

The famous Pier 39! We didn’t see as many Sea Lions as I’d have hoped – but they were so damn cute! It must be amazing when all the wooden planks are full with them!

I was really taken with this block of apartments – I just thought they were so pretty!

Below are a few shots from our walk along Chrissy Fields, which has some amazing views of The Golden Gate Bridge, and the beach too. We didn’t get the best weather during this day – but the photos are still gorgeous. There are more photos of The Golden Gate bridge by clicking on this blog post I wrote last week.

Taking a selfie in San Francisco isn’t as easy as you’d hope – especially on a windy day! I put a few of our failed attempts below!
