Are you looking for great bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas? Here are 20 of my top suggestions!

If you happen to be in Las Vegas on Christmas Day, you might be looking for some of the best bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

If you’re anything like me, you might want to end the day with a nice cocktail or drink – and (luckily for you) Las Vegas isn’t really the kind of city that shuts down on Christmas Day! You’ll still be able to find plenty of great bars to enjoy.

Lots of bars stay open for the 25th of December – meaning you can keep your vacation going (and the party going) even on Christmas Day.

Rhumbar

To kick off my list of bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, we have Rhumbar!

This is one of the best cocktail bars on my list and it’s located right in front of the Mirage. So, you’ll get great strip views from here, and feel right in the heart of things.

I recommend grabbing one of their signature cocktails. But this place also serves seriously delicious light bites, and cigars if you’re feeling fancy.

The Chandelier Bar

The Chandelier Bar is tucked inside The Cosmopolitan, and it may be one of my favorite bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

If you’re wondering why, it’s largely down to the décor. The bar spans an incredible three stories, and each area tells a distinct story.

I won’t give too much away, but you’ll want to take a few moments to explore the entire area. It’s one of the most glamorous and impressive bars for sure. This is a place to enjoy getting dressed up and looking fancy.

Once you’re done exploring, grab a few signature cocktails before collapsing into your plush hotel bed. Glorious.

Alexxa Kitchen and Bar

Next on my list of bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, we have Alexxa Kitchen and Bar!

Although this is technically a restaurant and bar combo, the bar area is truly incredible and worth visiting, so I wanted to include it.

This spot serves an incredible selection of specialty cocktails, and you’ll get wonderful views from the patio area if you can brave the cooler temperatures.

You’ll also get some pretty epic views from here too – which makes it an even more perfect location for Christmas Day.

If you want to grab a bite to eat while you drink, check out the next spot on my list of bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

Firefly Tapas Kitchen + Bar is one of the best bars open on Christmas Day as it serves an amazing range of tapas plates.

Better yet – it’s in the heart of the Strip! So, you can grab a few drinks, enjoy some prime Spanish food, and head straight to the slots.

After all, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.

S Bar – Mandalay Bay

S Bar is one of the finest bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas and is tucked inside the glorious Mandalay Bay Hotel.

This place beautifully combines a relaxed lounge area with an amazing array of craft cocktails. Our recommendation? The highball!

It’s one of the bars on this list that’s elegant and refined. But don’t worry – there’s still plenty of classic Las Vegas revelry going on here each night!

This is a really wonderful pick for anyone who wants to get dressed up and enjoy drinks somewhere stylish and fun.

Kassi Beach House

Kassi Beach House is one of the best bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas to visit for great food and a fun atmosphere.

It’s better known for serving authentic Italian grub, but you’ll also find fine wines, beers, and cocktails.

We adore the coastal décor and plush cushions on the patio, but you might want to shelter from the cold by staying indoors. You won’t feel shortchanged though, don’t worry!

TAP – MGM Grand

Located in the MGM Grand, this is a really fantastic sports bar, serving up plenty of. beer options, and also some amazing food too!

This is one of my favorite laid back bars in Vegas, and I think it’d be a lovely choice for Christmas drinks if you were after something relaxed and chilled.

It’s also a great place to visit if you want to watch some of the Christmas day sporting events – as they have loads of screens in here too.

The Garden

The Garden is one of the top gay bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

It’s proudly perched in the Downtown Arts District, and it serves a seriously amazing Drag Brunch every weekend.

You’ll find an incredible selection of classic cocktails on the menu, but we recommend trying their huge Mini-Megas.

They can be shared by up to 4 people, and they’re a great way to grab budget drinks in Vegas (while getting very drunk).

The Golden Tiki

Next on my list of bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, it’s got to be The Golden Tiki

It’s one of the most iconic bars in the city, and it’s always buzzing with live music, clinking glasses, and dancing partygoers. This place is located in Chinatown, but the atmosphere is well and truly Polynesian.

While you’re here, grab a few specialty cocktails, a beer, or a glass of wine! Fancy some food? Their Tiki Chips & Dip is always a crowd-pleaser.

Frankie’s Tiki Room

If you can’t fight the Tiki Fever and are searching for more themed bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, we’ve got you.

I don’t know about you, but a Tiki bar feels weirdly festive, so it’s a perfect choice for Christmas Day!

It combines exotic lighting with great cocktails – oh, and some classic fringe décor of course!

It’s exciting inside, but it offers a cozy escape from the busy Strip which can be overwhelming during the holidays.

LONGBAR

LONGBAR is the longest bar in Las Vegas, and it serves amazing straight shots and signature cocktails.

So this isn’t just a great bar, but a bit of bucket-list item too!

Throw in the iconic gaming screens and excellent beers on tap, and it becomes clear why this is one of the best bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

Top of the World

Top of the World is an iconic restaurant in the city, and it’s a great choice is you’re after something on Christmas Day that feels like an ‘event’ or ‘special occassion’.

The restaurant rotates 360 degrees, giving you unbeatable views of the Strip and everything else that’s 800 feet below. The views are amazing, and you’ll see all the sparkling lights of the city below you.

You can order an entire meal here, but you can also settle in with a few cocktails just watching the world turn – literally!

Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill

Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill is inside the MGM Grand Hotel. As you’d expect, it’s a more upscale choice, and it’s a nice choice if you want to drink somewhere a little more highend.

We’re more partial to the food at this place (loaded burgers and fries galore, just FYI!). But you can also pick up great beers, cocktails, and wines at the bar too.

We suggest booking in for a Christmas meal here and then sitting by the bar for the rest of the evening.

The NoMad Bar

The NoMad Bar is another one of our favorite bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas inside an MGM resort.

It’s uber-sophisticated and you can spend hours sitting here and sipping on their award-winning cocktails.

As this place is right on the Strip, it’s nice and easy to get to, and right in the heart of the city too. Perfect if you want to move onto another bar or restaurant (or show) afterwards too.

Rockhouse

Tucked inside the Grand Canal Shoppes, you’ll find the next place on our list of bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas. It’s Rockhouse!

This place has been a party bar since it first opened, and it spans an impressive 9,000 square feet. So, there’s plenty of space for parties.

Not only will you find excellent food here, but you can grab craft beers and a selection of delicious cocktails too!

It’s one of the most versatile bars and it should totally be on your festive itinerary!

The Martini

If you’re on the hunt for next-level cocktails and gaming, then you should head to the next place on our list of bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

The Martini is one of the most popular bars in Vegas (or any time of year for that matter!).

It’s known for serving specialty cocktails in a relaxed setting. But the best part is – there are several slot machines on site.

This place is a super friendly location for Christmas Day drinks, and we think you’ll find a lot of other friendly visitors here too.

Center Bar

Center Bar is super-close to The Mirage, making it among the best bars open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas for gamers.

The bar is best known for its amazing (and surprisingly reasonable) cocktails. But you can pick up beers or wines if you’re not feeling spirits and syrups!

Although it’s usually rammed, you should be able to pull up a seat by the bar with no issues. Phew.

Located inside the Red Rock Resort and is home to some seriously impressive bartenders. Seriously, just watch them shake and stir!

You can grab beers and wines here, but you’d honestly be foolish if you didn’t sample those amazing cocktails we just mentioned.

If you love cocktails, this place will be a hit. Oh, and the Red Rock Casino is one of my favorite casinos in the city too – so it’s certainly worth checking out if you haven’t already.
