I think Las Vegas is a fantastic place to spend Christmas Day. It’s fun, festive, everyone is in vacation-mode, so you know the energy and vibe is going to be 10/10.

In this list, I’ve tried to put together my favorite choices for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, especially the ones that are lovely / fun places for celebrating the festive season!

I’ve tried to include a variety of food and cuisines, so you can pick from traditional festive feasts, or something a little more un-traditional. So there’s something for everyone here, whether that’s steak-lovers or people craving Japanese sushi!

If you’re looking for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, then Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas is a fantastic choice.

If you’ve watched the famous TV show by the same name, you’ll know what kind of food to expect here. It’s very much traditional British and American cuisine, with a sophisticated twist. Expect delicious dishes such as their Beef Wellington (which is a house favorite!).

This choice adds a little extra fun to the day too – especially if you’re fans of the TV show!

STK – The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

STK in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, is our next suggestion for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

STK is a well known chain restaurant, but it’s stylish and it’s sophisticated – so great if you’re looking for something a little more upscale.

This place is a great choice if you’re after a traditional festive meal, as they serve beautifully prepared meat dishes, and more traditional-style sides too.

For people who fancy getting dressed up, this is a great choice as it’s a really lovely fancy restaurant, perfect for special occasions.

Joe Vicari’s Andiamo Italian Steakhouse – The D Las Vegas

Next on my list, it’s Joe Vicari’s Andiamo Steakhouse. This is one of my personal top choices, as it’s such a cozy and cool feeling restaurant – and the food is top notch.

As I just mentioned, this is one of my favorite steakhouses in Las Vegas… It’s traditional, old-school, and the flavor and deliciousness of dishes through the roof. It’s also just so ‘cool’ and feels like a real Las vegas steakhouse experience.

I recommend going for their house favorites, and asking your server for recommendations and suggestions. On Christmas Day they’ll likely have some themed side dishes too – to up the festive flavors.

The food here never disappoints, and I know you’ll love it. It’s certainly one of the best restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas. Definitely book ahead!


Trevi – The Forum Shops

If you want to experience a bit of Italian food and lifestyle on Christmas day in Las Vegas, then you can’t find better than Trevi.

As far as restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, this place is reasonably priced, and in a great location in the Forum Shops, with a lovely view too.

Giada – The Cromwell Las Vegas

Giada in The Cromwell, is my next suggestion for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

Emmy Award-winning celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis, if behind the beautiful (and delicious!) Italian cuisine at Giada.

There’s something amazing about Italian food on Christmas Day, it’s so homely and comforting, and that’s definitely the case here! The food is comforting but also modern. Just how I like it.

This is a great choice if you want comforting food, in a stylish and fun setting.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House – Harrah’s Las Vegas

This is one of the city’s favorite steakhouses and they serve up all the classics. Yes, this place is a chain, but they’ll always serve up some great food on the holidays and tables are usually relatively easy to come by.

My next suggestion for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, it’s La Cave in the Wynn.

This is a really beautiful choice for celebrating Christmas, it’s quiet, sophisticated, intimate, and a gorgeous pick for Christmas dinner in Las Vegas.

What kind of food is served up here? Well, you’ll find modern American small plates, and (most importantly) a massive wine list to browse through and enjoy.

I also have such a soft-spot for The Wynn Hotel in general. I think it’s one of the most beautiful on the strip, and it’s a lovely place to celebrate anything – especially Christmas and the festive season.


Ri Ra Irish Pub – Mandalay Bay Resort

Next on my list of restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, it’s the Ri Ra Irish Pub. This is a great choice for laid back fun, and tasty comforting-grub.

If you’re looking for a super festive, cheerful and party-atmosphere, then this place is fantastic. It’s also really affordable – so more budget for gifts!

Eiffel Tower Restaurant – The Paris Hotel

If you’re looking for a super festive choice for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, then this place is a truly classic choice.

It’s also a really wonderful special-occasion location too, so if you’re also celebrating a festive marriage or Christmas engagement too – this serves on the extra-special romance vibes.

You can’t get more ‘Vegas’ than this – it’s simply wonderful, and it feels so special! And the views are… Chef’s kiss!

All of the above, teamed with the wonderful atmosphere, makes it feel so festive! It’s a lovely pick if you decide to go down this route.


SUSHISAMBA – The Venetian

SUSHISAMBA is my next idea for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas. Now, obviously, this is a slightly less traditional take on a festive feast!

This classic Las Vegas restaurant is located in The Venetian, and it’s one of those iconic celebration restaurants in Vegas that you won’t want to miss.

From Japanese tempura and sushi, to Brazilian churrasco and moqueca, there is so much amazing food on the menu here. The menu is creative, fun, and unique – all things that I love and seek out.

This place is impressive, fun, and a slightly out-of-the-box pick for Christmas Day. Which is why I love it.


Mr Chow – Caesars Palace Las Vegas

Now, Mr Chow, isn’t necessarily the most traditional choice for Christmas dinner in Las Vegas, but it’s a delicious menu, and if you fancy something a different then this is a great pick for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

You’ll find all your favorite Chinese food favorites here. The food is ‘modern Bejing cuisine’ and you’ll find those amazing Chinese flavors and dishes on the menu here.

The dining room is really impressive here – it’s super modern and really draws you in. And as expected, the vibe is stylish and upscale, so dress to impress!

Nobu – Caesars Palace

When it comes to super sophisticated restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, I can’t recommend Nobu enough! This place oozes sophisticated and style.

Nobu is a Vegas icon, and it’s an amazing choice for people who want to dine somewhere luxurious and classic-Vegas. This is a ‘best dress and fancy shoes’ kinda place.

Nobu is award-winning, world-famous, and a favorite with both locals and tourists in Las Vegas.

If you’re craving Japanese food on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, then you need to book yourself a table here. And I would absolutely emphasise the ‘booking ahead’ part – because this place will sell out on Christmas Day.

Tender Steakhouse – The Luxor

Tender steakhouse + lounge is one of the top steakhouses in Las Vegas, so if you’re looking for a steakhouse to try on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, this is a perfect option!

It’s located in the Luxor, so if you’re looking for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas on that side of the Strip, then it’s a perfect choice for you.

There’s a really impressive selection of dry- and wet-aged steaks here, and it’s a really unique offering in Vegas.

Mercato Della Pescheria – The Venetian

Next up on my list of restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, it’s Mercato Della Pescheria, located in The Venetian Hotel.

This is a really beautiful Italian restaurant, serving up authentic Italian food and seafood, in the St. Mark’s Square area of the Hotel.

This area of the Venetian is a really scenic location, and it’s a lovely spot to sit and people watch nd watch the world go by.

They also offer private dining rooms too, so it’s a wonderful choice is you’re seeking something more private, or if you’re dining as part of a bigger group.


FUHU – Resorts World Las Vegas

FUHU, located in Resorts World, is high energy, fun and totally different from many of the options on this list. We love the Lobster soup dumpling, so make sure you try it!

FUHU also offers multiple group and private dining options, so it’s an ideal choice for large groups of friends.

Next up on my list of restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, it’s Blossom. Blossom is located with Aria, and it’s a gorgeous choice for celebrating.

If you love Chinese food, then you’re going to adore dining at Blossom. Their menu is sophisticated but echoes all the Chinese classics you’ll be used to seeing.

If you’re looking for the greatest hits of Chinese cuisine, then their 100-dish lineup is going to be absolutely perfect for you.

There’s something for everyone on the menu, and it’s a really gorgeous and sophisticated setting too. Perfect for the festive season.


Bugsy and Meyer’s Steakhouse – Flamingo Las Vegas

This steakhouse is like transportation to another era of Las Vegas, and it’s such a lovely choice for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas if you want to experience something kind of unique and special.

Bugsy and Meyer’s Steakhouse is quirky, cool and it’s a really unique experience to have, especially on Christmas Day!

Another thing I love about Bugsy and Meyer’s Steakhouse, is the utter variety of dining atmospheres they offer.

There’s the main bar and speakeasy, and also the dining patio and main room too – so plenty of places to pick from!

Sushi Roku is now located in the Forum Shops in Caesars, so it’s a really central location and perfect for Christmas Day celebrating!

Their Deluxe Sushi Plate ($79) would be my choice for a festive feast if I was dining here! And maybe a few of their amazing appetizers, such as Seared Albacore, and Shishito Japanese Peppers.

I think you’ll love it, and the choice of sushi here is perfect for anyone who loves Japanese food!

Il Fornaio – New York New York Hotel & Casino

Next on my list of restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas, it’s Il Fornaio.

Il Fornaio is a gorgeously romantic choice and (as you might have guessed) they serve up delicious Italian cuisine.

You can expect to find wood-fired pizza, rotisserie chicken, regional duck, juicy steaks, lamb chops, and lots of wonderful fish dishes too.

They also have lots of seasonal dishes too, which we adore. I love that the menu switches up and changes up with the seasons as it makes the food fresh and delicious!


Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak – The Mirage

Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak is my next suggestion for restaurants open on Christmas Day in Las Vegas.

Another steak restaurant, but I love how festive this place is, and how many amazing dishes are on the menu.

You’ll find a distinctly modern twist to traditional culinary staples here, which makes it a really fun and sophisticated choice for celebrating.
