First up on my list of waterparks in Las Vegas… It’s Cowabunga Bay. Located in Henderson, Cowabunga Bay is one of the old-school waterparks.
Themed around the 1960s, this waterpark has 9 water slides, a lazy river, and much more! This is an epic Las Vegas water park to visit!
This waterpark in Las Vegas is perfect for thrill-seekers, as most of the rides here are intense!
For example, on the Beach Blanket Banzai ride, visitors are carried to a height of 60’ by a conveyor, where they then race over 600 feet whilst twisting and turning!
Getting up to intense speeds, this is a ride that you’re sure to remember!

If you’re looking to really take things to the next level at this Las Vegas water park, then be sure to try out Point Panic.
On this ride, you’ll grab a tube and take a midnight surf run down a fully enclosed, pitch-black water slide.
Don’t worry if you’re afraid of the dark though, as plenty of light features will remind you that you’re safe!
For a more relaxed visit, be sure to visit Boardwalk Bay and Caban-A-Rama Pool.
Both these attractions in this waterpark in Las Vegas are much more laid-back, and you can simply float and lounge the afternoon away if you’re feeling worn out.
Wet ‘n’ Wild
OK, next up on my list of waterparks in Las Vegas it’s a classic pick! One of the best waterparks in the Las Vegas area is Wet ‘n’ Wild.
As you might expect from its name, this is one of the most intense water park in Las Vegas, Nevada!
Featuring 25 slides (!!) and attractions across a 26-are acre area, this spot promises to be a fantastic day out for the whole family.
If you are looking for a truly wild ride, be sure to check out the 60-foot freefall on Canyon Cliffs.
For younger kids, the aquatic adventure playground is the perfect way to burn through that extra energy before the day is out.
Just be sure to bring along plenty of sunscreen for that delicate, exposed skin! It’s a pretty awesome Las Vegas water park, and you’ll love it!

Cowabunga Canyon Waterpark in Summerlin
Cowabunga Canyon Waterpark in Summerlin, is a great choice for waterparks in Las Vegas. Located in Summerlin, it’s about a 30-minute drive from the Las Vegas strip and well worth the drive.
This is a great sized waterpark in Las Vegas, and it’s packed full of slides, pools and other attractions.
General admission is $44.99 for adults, but you can get reduced prices for teenagers and children. And there’s also season passes too – which offer great savings if you plan on visiting multiple times.
Last time we counted, there were 12 different slides and attractions in the waterpark, making it one of the top waterparks in Las Vegas, hands down!
Mandalay Bay Beach
Next up on my list, it’s Mandalay Bay Beach which is a world-famous aquatic playground.
With so much to do here, it’s no surprise that this place never has a shortage of visitors!
Mandalay Beach is one of the best waterparks in Las Vegas as it lets you swim, splash around, and some great attractions all in one place (it’s also one of the most central, meaning you could probably walk there from most strip hotels).
As this waterpark in Las Vegas is located on a fake ‘beach’, you can easily take a break from the high-octane attractions with some chilled-out time on the stunning Mandalay Beach sands.

Though this is more of an award-winning pool than a full-blown waterpark, it’s packed with some amazing attractions that you absolutely need to see if you’re visiting Vegas!
The Tank is a $30 million pool, so it’s hardly surprising that so many people want to check it out just to see what it’s all about.
Featuring a 200,000-gallon shark tank aquarium, 17 private cabanas over 3 separate floors, and a jacuzzi, there’s certainly plenty to do here.
However, the one attraction that you absolutely must try out at this waterpark, is the one-of-a-kind waterslide that runs through the marine enclosure.
As you slide down, you’ll see hundreds of marine animals – how amazing is that? After all that excitement, be sure to grab a drink at the H2O bar – we hear the cocktails are to die for.
The Aqua Park at Lake Las Vegas
The next place on our list is The Aqua Park at Lake Las Vegas. This 40,000-square-foot park has inflatable slides, jumping pads, and much more.
On a hot day, a visit to The Aqua Park is sure to cool you down – and fast! It’s also a chance to escape the city too!
However, what makes this waterpark different from its competitors are the massive obstacle courses, play areas, and the sheer number of watersports on offer here, making it so much more than some of the other waterparks in Las Vegas.
The Aqua Park offer electric boat rentals, paddle boarding, and even private yacht hires if you’re really feeling fancy. This is an amazing Las Vegas water park to visit!

Located on Lake Las Vegas, this is a hub for water sports and water-based fun, and there’s lots of options here that traditional waterparks in Las Vegas don’t necessarily offer. Some of the activities include:
