Alternatively, you can check out the Ash Room for $225 per person. We get that this won’t be in everyone’s budget, but it’s a fantastic choice if you’re looking to splurge. It’s a treat, but certainly one of the best Japanese restaurants in NYC.

Sushi Ginza Onodera

Run by famous ramen chef Shigetoshi Nakamura (hence the name of the restaurant!), this incredible ramen stop brings authentic Japanese flavor stateside.
