First on our list of the best places to grab breakfast in NYC, it’s Sadelle’s, located in the heart of Soho. This place is a recent discovery for us, and we’re still thinking about it weeks later. It was that good.
If you love bagels, salmon, smoked fish, fried chicken, cream cheese… then you’re going to love it here.
It’s a traditional New York breakfast, and it’s all created to absolute perfection. It’s also one of my favorite fried chicken sandwiches in the city (if you fancy some chicken with your brekkie!).
On a weekend this place attracts crowds and queues (it’s THAT good) so we recommend getting there early, or booking ahead if you can.
Maison Pickle

Next up on our list of breakfast places in NYC, it’s Maison Pickle. Located on the Upper West Side, this place is a neighborhood favorite and seriously loved by locals.
The vibe here is great, it’s casual, airy and affordable. And (most importantly) the food is ABSOLUTELY DAMN DELICIOUS.
Seriously, I make a point to visit Maison Pickle every time I’m in the city, because the food is second to none.
What would I order for breakfast? Well, personally, their fried chicken, spicy honey french toast is unmissable.

Hand down, this is one of the best breakfast / brunches you can find in NYC. It’s certainly one of my top choice for breakfast in NYC.
I LOVE Jacob’s Pickles, and I make sure I visit every time I’m in the city. As fast as breakfast in NYC goes… you don’t get much better than this!
The portions here are huge, and the flavors are huge too! We can’t say enough good things about this breakfast in New York – it’s ridiculously amazing. If you’re after the best breakfast in NYC – this is up there for sure!

This isn’t a sit-down breakfast, more of an on-the-go breakfast, but let us assure you, it’s seriously delicious.
These guys are famous for inventing the Cronut (which would make a fabulous breakfast choice!) but they also do these little baked caramelized croissants (pictured below) which are our personal favorites for a breakfast time snack.
