Serving up a selection of craft cocktails and delicious American dishes, this 3rd Avenue hotspot offers one of the most fantastic bottomless brunch options in NYC.

We can’t get enough of the Steak and Eggs, but the French Toast, pancakes, and decadent Hangover Sandwich are all excellent picks that will fill the void.

This place is one of our favorite restaurants for bottomless brunch in the city, especially if you’re a fan of Thai food. The range of dishes here is insane, and they all taste so good.

I kind of love the idea of having a traditional ‘NYC brunch’ but getting to pick from Thai food instead! It’s unique and i love that about it.

First of all, this place has a great name! It cracks me up every time.

Their bottomless brunch is $27 pp, and you’ll get unlimited Mimosas or Bellinis for 90 minutes, included in this price.

However, it is worth noting that the food is not included in the $27 (that is the cost for drink only) and you’ll need to order a food item to qualify for the bottomless brunch offer.

They have some great food on offer though, with breakfast classics like french toast, eggs benedict and pancakes.

Because of the name, I think this place would make a great bottomless brunch for a bachelorette party. It’s a bit tongue-in-cheek, and I love that.

So, it’s a wonderful place for bottomless brunch if you’re on the hunt for somewhere relaxed but sophisticated for an afternoon date.

Is bottomless brunch illegal in NYC?

This is a weird rumour, but it’s not true. Bottomless brunch is completely legal in NYC, so don’t be worried about attending a delicious bottomless brunch on your next trip.

There is a state law that prohibits “selling, serving, delivering or offering to patrons an unlimited number of drinks during any set period of time for a fixed price” however, because bottomless brunch sitting are considered ‘events’ the law does not apply.

In short, bottomless brunches are considered legal because they are considered ‘events’ – but restaurants and bars still have a responsibility and obligation not to over-serve their customers during these events.

Information source: Business Insider.

What is a bottomless brunch?

Brunch is a word we used to describe food served between breakfast and lunch – that middlegap around 10.30am – 12pm.

Traditionally ‘brunch’ is a weekend thing, but many people enjoy brunch during the week too. There aren’t really rules for when you can use the term brunch – it’s a casual term.

The bottomless aspect, refers to the fact that this ‘brunch meal’ is often served with unlimited alcohol or drinks, to accompany the food you’re being offered. This is often within a set time frame, or sitting.

However, the ‘unlimited’ phrasing is also open to interpretation. Some locations may have a cap on drinks (for example, bottomless brunch may actually only include 5 free drinks, therefore not completely unlimited).

And in some locations, the bottomless aspect may also apply to the food! Meaning you can enjoy unlimited food within your timing or sitting.

I hope that helps!
